Jacob Grand, M.Sc
As a Psychometrist with the Compass Clinic team, I provide support in the administration of comprehensive Psychological assessments for a broad range of individuals from across the life span. My approach to assessments is firmly rooted in client-centered principles of care, where I strive to work collaboratively with clients to build a strong rapport in an open, respectful, and empathic manner. I completed my Masters (M.Sc.) of Clinical Psychology at the University of Victoria (UVic), with a specialization emphasis in Clinical Neuropsychology. Through rich and varied experiences, I have developed a strong foundation of psychometric expertise, and cultivated my passion for clinic work with diverse individuals. I have extensive assessment experience conducting psychodiagnostic, psychoeduational, and neuropsychological evaluations in a range of multidisciplinary settings including hospital-based mental health and rehabilitation programs, as well as private practice clinics. Outside of my clinical work I enjoy hiking, cycling, and travels with my family.
