Cheryl Inkster, Clinical Psychology Intern
I am a psychology resident at Compass Clinic and a PhD Candidate at the University of British Columbia in the Counselling Psychology program. I am working with Compass as part of my pre-doctoral internship providing testing for psychological assessments and interventions for children and adolescents under the supervision of a registered psychologist. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Child and Youth Care from Douglas College. I hold a faculty position at Douglas College in the Faculty of Applied Community Studies teaching various courses related to counselling and relationship building, Indigenous perspectives and experiences, and critical issues in practice
