Tristan Raymond, Psychometrist

I am a Psychometrist at Compass Clinic with a strong interest in child and youth assessment, particularly work that helps clarify how a child learns, develops, and engages with the world around them.

I received training in counselling and human development at Simon Fraser University and have research experience involving both clinical and community-based populations in the Lower Mainland. I have also worked in a private psychology clinic setting and in conducting cross-cultural research focused on children and families.

Through assessment, I strive to make a child’s experience more understandable to the people supporting them. I am especially interested in contributing to assessment processes that offer clarity, practical direction, and a fuller picture of a child’s strengths and needs.
