Andrea Stelnicki – PHD, R. Psych (Alberta)
I work with children, adolescents, and adults providing psychological assessment, consultation, psychoeducation, and intervention. I take a comprehensive, systems-approach to working with young people and their families who are searching for an answer about why they might be struggling at school, home, work, or in their daily journey. I have experience working in public and rural schools, not-for-profit agencies, and mental health clinics with a wide range of clients of all ages and with unique strengths and areas of need. I have extensive training and experience in the assessment of learning disorders, intellectual ability, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder (ASD), mood and anxiety disorders, language disorders, and other complex neurodevelopmental disorders. I completed my PhD in Educational Psychology from the University of Calgary and I am a registered psychologist in Alberta. I’m currently an applicant for registration with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia.
