Dr. Jaclyn Stapleton, PHD

I am a registered psychologist with expertise in forensic, counselling, and clinical psychology. At Compass Clinic, I will be completing assessments with children and adolescents. Over the past eight years, I have worked in government organisations, community clinics, and private practice. I am passionate about helping children, youth, and their families to appreciate how their brains work and how this understanding can empower them. My practice focuses on identifying the connection between learning challenges, emotional or behavioural difficulties, and brain functioning. I strive to support families in navigating school and home environments by providing the knowledge and tools they need to thrive. With a compassionate and collaborative approach, I aim to uplift and connect with the individuals I serve. I earned my doctorate from Walden University in Minnesota and am actively involved in psychological assessment, psychodiagnostics evaluations, therapy, and forensic work.
