I completed my medical degree at the University of Cape Town, South Africa and did my Paediatric Residency at Schneider Children’s Hospital , New York and Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Ontario. My training included a year of Child Psychiatry in Toronto. I am a member of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the College of Physicians and Surgeons, BC.
I have worked in Vancouver in many areas of Paediatrics and was part of the BCAAN team at Sunny Hill for 15 years in the Autism Clinic. I also worked for Northern Health Authority doing Autism assessments in several towns in Northern BC. I worked in the ADHD clinic at BCCH for many years and now divide my time between my Paediatric practice and my duties as a diagnostician in the field of Autism.
When I am not working I love to travel the world and I enjoy hiking, reading and spending time with friends and family.
