"And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don''t believe in magic will never find it." ~ Roald Dahl

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, specializing in treating young children, adolescents, and their families who are experiencing anxiety, ADHD, complex behaviours, and the effects of trauma. I have also spent a number of years working with families affected by Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder, both in the Lower Mainland and in communities in Northern BC. I believe that each child is unique and therefore I adapt my treatment modality to fit each child I see, primarily using a blend of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Mindfulness practices, along with play therapy. I work with parents who are looking to support their child’s behaviour. I also facilitate groups for children and parents, and consult with school teams. I completed my Masters degree at Simon Fraser University and am registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
